Australian visas: Permanent and temporary

We hope that this website will provide you with the information and internet links you need to apply for a visa for Australia. If you have an enquiry before you make an application, please consult the following three websites. They contain information sheets, booklets, downloadable applications forms and sections on Frequently Asked Questions in relation to all important visa categories.

http://www.immi.gov.au
http://www.france.embassy.gov.au
http://www.germany.embassy.gov.au/beln/home

However, if you still require further information on visa matters or you are unable to find the information you require, please send an e-mail to: visa.paris@dfat.gov.au.

Please note that the Australian Embassy in Brussels is not in a position to answer questions in relation to Australian visas as we do not process applications, issue or evidence visas. This is done by the visa office at the Australian Embassy in Paris.

The visa office in Paris is responsible for residents of Belgium and Luxembourg. If you are a resident of a country other than these countries, please consult the DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship) website to find the DIAC office responsible for your country of residence.
